TO BE A PREMIER ORGANIZATION IN THE MANUFACTURE OF SOLAR ENERGY EQUIPMENTS AND OTHER ENERGY CONSERVATIVE DEVICES AND BE A PREMIER BRAND IN THE MARKET FOR THESE PRODUCTS BY MEETING THE QUALITY AND DELIVERY EXPECTATIONS OF CUSTOMERS THROUGH CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT OF INTERNAL SYSTEM .

  Quality Objectives
 

Quality Objectives for the year 2009-2010
1. To increase the customers satisfaction 'On time delivery’ & ‘On time installation’ to a level of 99% in the year 2009-2010.
2. To achieve customer’s addition of 25% over previous for the year of 2009-2010.
3. To reduce the product failure rate to less than 0.5% for the year 2009-2010.
4. To reduce customer’s compliant response time to less than 24 working hours.

 

Plan to achieve the above
1. The Dispatch Department allocates all the scheduled deliveries, with different timings, guided by the geography of the delivery location. The call sheet has a column for committed delivery time, which will be filled up by the Dispatch department and an actual delivery time column which will be filled up by the customer. This procedure would capture the conformity level.

2. The Marketing Department has been considerably strengthened in terms of man power and network throughout the country. Well trained marketing personnel will result in boost in the addition of new customer base upwards.

3. Better engineering, superior components & efficient and effective service mechanism – emphasis on these three is expected to bring down. Also a more cautious approach in suggesting a suitable system to the customer after analyzing the water condition of the customer locations will result in reduced failure rate.

4. We expect the number of complaints to come down with the above measures. The service mechanism has been overhauled to increase the efficiency. Additional tracking and monitoring systems have been introduced wherever necessary. Continuous training is provided to the service technicians with these measures we propose to achieve reduced customer compliant response time to less than 24 working hours.
